About the Role

Boldin is looking for a skilled SEO & Content Specialist to drive our organic growth strategy through technical SEO, content optimization, and multi-platform content distribution. This role is ideal for a candidate who is both analytical and creative, with expertise in search engine optimization, content marketing, and audience engagement.

You will work with our team in optimizing our website structure, developing high-ranking content, and repurposing materials for newsletters, social media, and video scripts. Key Responsibilities  

Technical SEO & Site Performance  

- Audit and optimize Boldin’s website for structure, crawlability, and indexability.

- Collaborate with developers to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.

- Manage structured data, internal linking, schema markup, and canonical tags.

- Implement and refine zero-click and "everywhere search" strategies.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Content Strategy & On-Page Optimization

- Conduct keyword research to inform content development and on-page optimizations.

- Write, curate, and optimize blog content aligned with SEO best practices.

- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-ranking articles, landing pages, and product pages.

- Craft compelling meta titles, descriptions, and header tags to improve click-through rates (CTR).

- Repurpose content for newsletters, LinkedIn articles, Twitter threads, and video scripts.

- Monitor and reduce content cannibalization while improving content hierarchy.

 

Newsletter & Social Media Execution

- Write, edit, and publish an engaging newsletter each per week that provides insights and drives traffic.

- Tailor email content for different user personas and optimize open rates/conversions.

- Adapt blog/newsletter content into social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

- Create video scripts for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

- Work with designers and video editors to ensure visually engaging content.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

- Use Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools to track SEO performance.

- Monitor key SEO and content KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, email engagement).

- A/B test headlines, formats, and distribution strategies to optimize impact.

- Stay updated with industry trends and adjust the content strategy accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, journalism or related field.

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of SEO-driven content.

- Ability to optimize content for search while maintaining readability and brand voice.

- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).

- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience in financial services, fintech, or personal finance content.

- Knowledge of programmatic SEO strategies.

- Basic understanding of Python or SQL for SEO data analysis.
