About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to spearhead our product-led growth initiatives. As our first Growth PM, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention as we accelerate the company’s trajectory.
You'll be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities across our product lifecycle, working hand-in-hand with our marketing team turning growth initiatives into projects we can deliver through product, design and engineering (PDE).
Boldin encompasses direct-to-consumer financial management tools, a white-label enterprise financial planning platform, financial mini-tools, and our best-in-class financial projection API that enables a variety of customized experiences. We need you to advocate for and optimize our "product spend” on direct-to-consumer growth.

What you will do:
- Analyze the current business and develop a deep understanding of our consumer's needs, behaviors and habits
- Develop and execute our product-led growth strategy, focusing on key metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
- Work closely with marketing helping manage the full funnel, from marketing spend to long-term customer
- Own product onboarding, initial activation and in-product trial experiences
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize user journeys and increase conversion rates
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Stay up-to-date with fintech industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or growth roles, preferably in fintech or B2C products
- Previous ownership of a B2C or PLG SaaS product funnel is critical
- Proven startup DNA: think strategically, bias towards action and learn quickly
- Experience building and optimizing onboarding and product trials
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Data-driven, with experience in product analytics (Amplitude, Heap, Pendo) and proficiency with data (SQL, reporting tools)
- Familiarity with growth modeling and cohort analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing)
- Knowledge of financial product landscape is a big plus

Salary Range
$145,000 - $180,000
This position offers a competitive salary between $145,000 and $180,000, depending upon experience and qualifications. Salary may vary by location based on factors, including the cost of living.
