The Director of Enterprise Sales is a senior role responsible for leading sales and managing the development and execution of strategic partnerships to drive business growth, sustainability, and impact.  

About This Role

The Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by creating and implementing a comprehensive strategy to identify, win and manage strategic customers & partnerships. This role involves working closely with various internal teams to align sales & partnership efforts with the company's overall business goals and objectives. The Director of Enterprise Sales will play a critical role in expanding the company's reach, enhancing product offerings, and driving substantial revenue growth through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships. The Director of Enterprise Sales will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing and growing a team.

Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Own and achieve our enterprise sales & partnership revenue goal. 
  • Develop and implement a cohesive sales & business development strategy to identify and advance new sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Drive our business development and sales activities and team. 
  • Align prospect, client and partnership strategies with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and landscape analyses to identify potential partners and new markets.

Partnership Management:

  • Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships and sales initiatives in workplace retirement (employers and plan providers) and financial services, with a focus on financial wellness, planning and advice to drive business growth and enhance customer value.
  • Work with internal teams to manage and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Enterprise Success, Consumer, Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering, to build and execute partnership strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and project execution between partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the teams to design outreach campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition of new users with the partners.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, adapting strategies to maximize benefits.
  • Implement and document efficient processes for tracking and managing partnership opportunities.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Represent the company brand, effectively communicate the mission and value propositions of products and services.
  • Gather insights through analytics and feedback to evolve offerings and meet the needs of customers, markets, users, and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous renewal pipeline revenue.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Proactive, with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in partnership management within a SaaS/Cloud environment is a plus.
  • This role may require travel to meet with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of experience
  • A college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership and strategic sales deals.
  • Experience in building and managing partner and sales programs.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and develop opportunities.
  •  Has existing background/network of Employers with strong connections to key contacts

This is a fully remote position
 

Salary Range

$150,000 - $210,000

This position offers a competitive base salary between $150,000 - $210,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications as well as an incentivized commission structure and equity. Salary may vary by location based on factors including cost of living. We are committed to paying our employees fairly and providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
